Vicky Ratcliffe was born in Tofino and raised in the Comox Valley. Vicky holds a degree in Business Administration from BCIT. Before partnering with Rick and Cale at Lacasse Construction in 2018, she worked for 10 years at an environmental consulting firm, and was part of the company’s rapid growth from from 10 to 90 employees. Vicky prides herself in being approachable, understanding, flexible, and being dedicated to the success of Lacasse Construction. On the weekends you will find Vicky hanging out with the family, boating, and running on the trails.
