I'm Tiffany, founder of Wild Isle Consulting and co-owner and Director of Business Operations at Dove Creek Painting Ltd., a locally owned painting company that has proudly served the Comox Valley for over 30 years.

Between the two businesses, I help entrepreneurs, organizations, and individuals create practical systems, improve operations, strengthen financial confidence, and build sustainable growth. My experience spans business strategy, operations, project management, financial education, and Indigenous consulting, as a proud K'ómoks First Nation member.

Whether I'm streamlining internal processes, developing long-term business strategies, or helping someone gain control of their finances, my goal is always the same: to simplify complexity and create a clear path forward. I believe every successful business begins with strong systems, informed decisions, and people who feel empowered to grow.

Having experienced homelessness, poverty, and other significant life challenges, I understand firsthand that success isn't built overnight; it grows through knowledge, resilience, and consistent action. Those experiences inspired me to pursue certification as a Financial Counsellor and build a business centred on education, empowerment, and helping others create lasting change.
