I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of The Field of Grief, a practice shaped by years of walking alongside individuals and families facing loss, illness, transition, and the quieter forms of grief that don’t always have a name. I’ve worked extensively in palliative and end-of-life care, and those experiences continue to inform how I show up: slowly, honestly, and with deep respect for what it means to be human.

The Comox Valley is not just where I live—it’s part of who I am. Four generations of my family were born here, and that sense of continuity, land, and belonging deeply influences my work. I carry an appreciation for community, history, and place into everything I do, and I value relationships built over time rather than transactions. I’m especially drawn to supporting people navigating grief, anxiety, depression, identity shifts, and questions of meaning—times when familiar maps stop working and something more tender, more truthful is needed.

My approach is relational and intuitive, grounded in evidence-based practice while also honouring the emotional and embodied dimensions of healing.
