Suzie Read is an executive coach and facilitator. She partners with purpose-driven individuals and teams in small to medium-sized businesses looking to maximize their performance and strengthen their leadership, helping them lead purposely and sustainably.

Everyone is motivated differently, and building self awareness of what gives us energy at work is key to sustainable professional development. Suzie works closely with clients to uncover what truly drives them, so they can lead and grow in ways that align with their values and goals, while ensuring well-being is a core focus.

With a background in education and over 15 years of hands-on leadership experience, Suzie understands how to help people access lasting change. She brings that insight into every coaching conversation. Suzie moved to Vancouver Island from Scotland seven years ago and is proud to now call Canada home. Outside of work, Suzie loves spending time with her family, experimenting in the kitchen or exploring the beautiful landscape of the island with her two dogs.
