Pamela Podmoroff is the Executive Director of Eureka Support Society (ESS), a non-profit organization serving adults living with severe and persistent mental health diagnoses. In her role, she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a clubhouse model that delivers inclusive, recovery-oriented programming focused on mentorship, vocational development, food security, wellness education, and community engagement.
Pamela began work as the Support worker at Eureka Support Society in 2021 after relocating to Vancouver Island and quickly became a key contributor to program development and organizational growth. Her leadership was instrumental in establishing the framework for many of the clubhouse’s core programs and daily operations.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and brings over a decade of experience in the mental health sector, including ten years with the MPA Society in Vancouver. In addition to her mental health experience, Pamela has over 20 years as a professional dance instructor, teaching and competing in the Country and West Coast Swing circuits across Vancouver, Vancouver Island, and North America.
Pamela applies the transferable skills gained through both disciplines—leadership, engagement, communication, and community building—bringing a well-rounded and innovative perspective to her work in mental health services.
