I'm the co-founder of Built for Change, a leadership venture for founders & leaders who know what got them here won't get them where they're going.

Built for Change works with organizations on Vancouver Island and beyond to prepare their leaders for the future of work. We sit at the intersection of self-leadership, operational systems, and AI literacy, because good leadership requires all three, and most programs only address one.

I co-founded BFC with Suzie Read of Suzie Read Coaching. Suzie brings the human side: self-leadership, motivation, and behaviour. I bring the systems side: operations, workflow, and AI readiness. It's a combination you don't usually see in the same program.

Our programming includes Basecamp for Emerging Leaders, facilitated team leadership offsites, and a Built for Change Mastermind for experienced founders ready to lead at the next level.
We also host the Built for Change Breakfast Series, monthly in-person gatherings for business leaders across Vancouver Island.

I've spent 20+ years helping teams streamline their operations and design and build enterprise systems that align to their operational and business goals. That work is the foundation Built for Change is built on.

After 10 years in the UK, now back on Vancouver Island settled in Dove Creek. You'll find me in the forest with my dogs when I'm not building rooms where the right people figure things out together.
