Laraine is the sole proprietor of Laraine Ashpole Workplace Conflict Management. She is passionate about providing local organizations with conflict coaching, training and mediation services.

Laraine Ashpole is also a Conflict Management Consultant with the BC Public Service Agency. Laraine has over 25 years’ experience in public service. She has a career of leadership experience, with a talent for workplace dispute resolution.

During her career she pursued a Masters in Leadership & Training with Royal Roads University and certifications Negotiation and Mediation with the Justice Institute of BC. Laraine is a Chartered Mediator and program coach with ADR Institute of Canada. She is also a Registered Roster Member and program coach with MediateBC. She has completed the CINERGY Model ® Conflict Coaching training.

Laraine enjoys spending her time at local festivals, performing in the choir, and exploring the surrounding beaches.
