Kristy is passionate about supporting people and creating positive experiences for both clients and employees. In her roles supporting Home Instead and Island Nursing, she oversees a wide range of operations including human resources, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting, recruitment, and day-to-day administration. She takes pride in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes while building strong relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and professionalism.

With over 14 years of experience in municipal government administration, along with leadership experience in customer service management, Kristy brings a thoughtful and people-first approach to everything she does. She believes in leading with transparency, professionalism, and support, and is committed to ensuring every individual she works with feels valued, respected, and cared for.

Known for her approachable nature, strong organizational skills, and genuine compassion for others, Kristy enjoys being part of organizations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of families and the community.

Outside of work, Kristy loves exploring Vancouver Island, travelling, learning about different cultures, and spending time at the hockey rink cheering on her son.
