I am the Founder and Lead Recruiter at Attained, a recruitment firm built on the belief that exceptional hiring happens when business needs, people, and purpose are aligned. I partner with mid-market and enterprise organizations to identify and secure the right talent, not just for today’s role, but for long-term impact and growth.

My journey into recruitment began after a career in the oilfield as an office manager, where I gained a deep appreciation for the operational realities businesses face. In 2019, I made a decisive career shift into recruitment, earning my Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) Licence and quickly discovering a profession that blends strategy, people, and continuous learning. From that moment on, I never looked back. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are not add-ons to my work, they are central to how I recruit. I work closely with clients to understand not only their technical hiring needs, but also the values, cultures, and perspectives that will help their organizations thrive.

This commitment has been recognized through my first Chamber nomination for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, an achievement I am deeply proud of. Through Attained, I have built a business from the ground up, one that continues to grow year over year by delivering thoughtful, ethical, and results-driven recruitment solutions.
