My name is Juliana, and I’m a Vancouver Island–based mortgage broker with more than a decade of experience in finance. I specialize in solution-focused lending, helping clients navigate everything from first home purchases to complex financing, debt restructuring, construction mortgages, and situations where traditional lenders have said no.

What sets my approach apart is the belief that mortgages are about more than numbers — they're about people. Financial decisions are deeply personal, and I strive to ensure every client feels supported, understood, and empowered throughout the process. Compassion, kindness, and genuine connection are the foundation of how I do business.

Before entering the mortgage industry, I worked as a Respiratory Therapist in emergency rooms and intensive care units. That experience taught me to remain calm under pressure, communicate with clarity, and lead with empathy — qualities that continue to guide every client conversation and financing strategy.

Giving back to my profession and community is equally important to me. I serve on the Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association Education Board where I helped redevelop the CMBA BC Mortgage Broker Fundamentals course. I also mentor new brokers entering the industry. I’m passionate about raising the standard of our profession while helping more people achieve their financial goals.

Above all, I’m a proud mom to two amazing children, Abby and Walter, who inspire everything I do. Walter, who is on the autism spectrum, has taught me patience, perspective, and the importance of meeting people where they are. Abby's confidence and fearless spirit remind me to embrace new opportunities with courage. They are my "why" and the reason I approach both life and business with compassion, intention, and heart.
