Throughout my 25-plus-year career, I found myself naturally stepping into roles where I could support employers, strengthen teams, and bring clarity to situations that felt overwhelming. Over time, I realized that this wasn’t just something I was good at; it was the work that gave me purpose.

I’ve always believed that blue‑collar and frontline industries deserve the same level of professionalism, strategy, and care that larger organizations receive. These businesses are built by hardworking people who often don’t have the time or resources to navigate recruitment challenges, HR issues, or operational demands on their own. I saw the gap, and I knew I could fill it. TKS was built from that belief. I wanted to create a consulting and recruitment service that was hands‑on, transparent, and genuinely invested in each client's success.
