Erin was born and raised in the Comox Valley and is a proud Vancouver Islander. Her appreciation for the construction and trades community began early, drawn to the creativity, skill, and problem-solving that go into building something from the ground up.

Her education and early career took her to Victoria and Vancouver, where she worked in the library field with the Ministry of Education and Royal Roads University before returning home to the Valley to raise her family. After nearly a decade at North Island College, she made a major career shift in 2021 and joined Lacasse Construction, a move that reconnected her with the hands-on, community-rooted work she values.

Outside of work, you’ll find Erin exploring forest trails with her dog, spending time with her two kids, or relaxing at the beaches around Comox, places that have always grounded her and remind her why she loves living here.

Supporting local organizations like the Comox Valley Child Development Association is important to her, and she values the strong sense of community that makes the Valley such a special place to call home.
