Born and raised in Victoria, BC, (now residing in the beautiful Comox Valley)  I started to dabble with drawing and painting at a very young age. I have always loved the ocean and gardening.  In my late teens, my medium was creating gardens.  I owned and operated a gardening business for 10 years until I attended University.  While raising a family I began "It's All Mosaic" creating mosaic home decor art and furniture using tile, wood and metal which were sold throughout Western Canada and the USA.  In 2000 my husband and I opened "Personal Best Fitness" specializing in personal training, sport specific training and nutritional guidance till 2021.

As I have always loved the ocean and gardening, I created acrylic garden art paintings for the outdoors.  This led me to my other love, the ocean.  I have created sea glass and glass art on reclaimed picture frames and windows to create seascape art.
