Hi, I’m Cassidy — the heart and creative hands behind Sundrift Social.

I’m 28, a mom of two little girls, a small business owner, and someone who has always loved finding little ways to express myself through creativity, colour, and jewelry. I live on beautiful Vancouver Island, and so much of Sundrift Social is inspired by life here — the ocean, slow summer days, colourful sunsets, beach treasures, and the feeling of gathering with people you love.

Jewelry has always been one of my favourite forms of self-expression. I especially love beaded necklaces and bracelets because they can completely change an outfit, add a little pop of colour, and simply make you happy when you put them on. Sundrift Social grew from that love and my desire to create pieces that feel playful, nostalgic, unique, and easy to wear every day.

Each Sundrift piece is thoughtfully designed by me using semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, glass beads, and other beautiful details. No two designs feel exactly the same, and that’s part of what I love most about creating them.

Sundrift is also about so much more than jewelry. I wanted to create something that brings people together and gives them an opportunity to slow down, get creative, and make memories. Soon, our mobile bead bar will bring the Sundrift experience to birthdays, showers, girls’ nights, celebrations, and private events throughout the Comox Valley. DIY jewelry kits and permanent bracelets are also coming, giving you even more ways to create, connect, and wear something meaningful.

I also own children’s clothing brand BLAY & bo, so apparently one creative business wasn’t enough for me! Sundrift Social is my newest creative adventure, and I’m so excited to share it with you — one colourful little treasure at a time.
