With over two decades of experience working across divides, I get to support leaders and organizations to navigate complexity, repair harm, and lead with clarity, accountability and kindness. My services include: intimate 1-1 coaching for courageous leaders who want to chart their own path; transformational workshops that rewire your relationship with conflict and have you and your team show up authentically with ease in any storm; speaking engagements that connect the whole room with each other and inspire the audience to step into conflict expecting amazing outcomes; and supportive journeys for teams that want to heal divisions and restore connection.

My journey to here was forged by conflict and walking my own path to radical responsibility for the impact I have on others. Embodying my own authentic leadership style allows me to be the calm in the storm & support others to walk this path too. The joy and wellness I receive daily from this way of being gives me the motivation to teach others the same tools.

Known for my grounded presence and incisive insight, my work integrates restorative justice, circle facilitation, and embodied leadership. I believe all voices matter and am inspired by this moment in time when more women are speaking their truth, from the heart, and reshaping what leadership looks and feels like.
