Since 2007, I have been a certified executive and life coach, with extensive experience as an organizational performance coach and mediator for the BC government for over 13 years. Before this, I led in child protection services. Currently, I am pursuing certification in an alignment technique that aids in overcoming self-sabotage and achieving goals more smoothly and quickly.

As a single mother of three for most of my children's lives, I have personally overcome significant challenges. From facing rental rejections to owning five rental properties, from being declined for loans due to insufficient income to achieving a six-figure household income, and from giving up on love to now celebrating over 21 years in a happy marriage, my journey has been transformative.

Now, as I transition from government work, I am focusing on what I believe is my most impactful role: serving single mothers. Drawing from my own experiences, I understand the unique barriers single mothers face. I am dedicated to helping them reinvent themselves and embrace their ideal life vision, ultimately enabling them to better support themselves and their children.
