Tina Pringle is a Yoga Therapist and 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Her mission is to serve the Comox Valley and beyond by inspiring and empowering individuals to explore the benefits of a movement and meditation practice. She believes we all have a gift inside of us and it is the ability to learn, grow and flourish. She offers in-person and online therapeutic group classes and private yoga therapy to provide safe spaces for adults seeking to improve their health and wellbeing.
