I offer retreats, workshops, yoga experiences, and one to one coaching to support overwhelmed midlife women who are fearful of aging and struggling with unhealthy coping habits (wine, weed, sugar, shopping, etc.) to create a beautiful and vibrantly healthy second half of life.
I do this through processes that deeply attend to the physical body, emotional patterns, mindset practice, and the weaving of nature and ritual throughout. This work which results in a holistic approach that empowers women to create the outcomes they deeply desire.
I am a Yoga Alliance E-RYT500 hour certified yoga teacher (Kripalu Lineage). I have earned certifications in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Additionally, I earned accreditation for Trauma-Informed Yoga through the She Recovers Foundation. I have also earned my Certified Professional Recovery Coach (life coach) designation from the IAPRC. I hold a master’s degree in education, although I left the public education system to study and offer yoga therapy.
My life’s calling is to teach and hold space for those who need a soft place to land, tools to meet their stress, and pathways to living their lives fully. I have led many workshops and retreat events with heartfelt testimonies of insight and transformation. I am excited to be continuing this work in my new community.
